Wood Species
Woodify works with a wide range of premium wood species for boardroom builds, sourced locally and internationally for the best available grain, figure, and character.
Black walnut is our most requested boardroom species. Its rich, dark tones and dramatic grain create a powerful executive aesthetic. Available in live edge, straight edge, single slab, and matching pair configurations. Highly figured and curly walnut slabs available on request.
Ambrosia maple brings natural mineral streaking and a lighter, more distinctive palette. An excellent choice for modern, Scandinavian, and open-concept office designs where dark walnut would be too heavy.
White ash is a strong, straight-grained species with a neutral tone that accepts epoxy beautifully. Highly popular for conference tables where a clean, architectural look is preferred.

Epoxy River Options
The epoxy river is where your boardroom table becomes impossible to replicate. Every colour, width, style, and finish is fully customizable:
Colour options include deep matte black, ocean blue, turquoise, Caribbean blue, teal, smoky white, clear, and fully custom colours matched to your brand palette. Mica powder can be added to any pour for a metallic shimmer effect.
River styles include single straight rivers, branching rivers, wide flood pours, island features, wavy non-linear designs, and metal plate centre inlays — as seen in our black walnut conference table with black plate steel centre.
Pour types include standard opaque pours, semi-transparent pours that allow the wood grain to show through the epoxy, and clear glass top layers that seal the entire surface in a smooth, protective finish and add exceptional depth to the pour beneath.

Custom Sizing
We build boardroom and conference tables from 6 feet to 16 feet in length and any width your room requires. Standard boardroom depth is 48 inches, comfortably seating two per side.
